My School

Now I want to show you my school and its useful facilities. 

My school named "I.T.C.G.T. Manlio Capitolo" is located in a little town called Tursi, in the south of Italy. You could choose among 3 different courses: accountancy, surveyor or a course for tourism. In my school there are about 500 pupils and 50 teachers.

Each course has its subjects; I attend a course for tourism and so my subjects are: Art, English, German, French, History, Italian, Mathematics, Physical Education, Geography, Law and Economy. I love my course because I love going abroad and discovered new things but also I like to know the most important languages like English and French. Teachers in my school are very friendly, quite but sometimes very strict and diligent.

At school lessons start at 8 a.m. and finish at 2 p.m. every day, my free day is only Sunday! 

My favourite subjects are: English, Art and History.

Moreover, my school has very useful and modern labs: there's a Chemistry lab, a well-equipped Language lab, two Computer labs, the Library. Than, each year teachers organise special projects, fox example the last year I and my friends went to Poland for an exchange classes and we enjoyed very much; there are also school outings, parties on Christmas and Easter, and at the end of your course you can go on cruise!

In my class we are 10 people, 8 women and 2 men, we are all diligent, quite and friendly  :)

SHOWING YOU AROUND!

Dear partner,
in this letter I'm going to show you my town, Policoro and the places I like most! My town isn't very big but it's very nice to live in..
I would like you spend some days with me, I would be very happy!
I organise this free days in 3 days in this way:


The first day, I'm going to show you my neighbourhood, they are very friendly and very good people. I'll show you my area, that is well known. There are shops, pharmacy, a lot of detached houses, bars, pubs, restaurants, sport fields, parks and many young people. When we back home, I'll cook the dinner for you.

The second day, I'll show you the centre of the town, we'll go there by bus and we'll look lots of window-shops. Moreover, I would like you to taste our typical cuisine, and I'll bring you to the shopping centre "Heraclea", where I let you taste a good pizza and a glass of coke! In the evening we'll go to Laura's to stay all together and enjoy ourselves.

                                

The third day, I'll show you historical centre: The castle, the museum "Siritide", and all the old part. Than, I'll show you our beautiful beach. Futhermore, I'll take you to Nova Siri by my car to show you the place I work and my best friends. In the evening, I'll take you to the amusement park whit friends, and there we'll take a lots of photos  :)

Hi, my name's Kabiria,
